Delelion indicator for deleting the assigned vendor id in material mgd

I hope someone can help me to know where can I catch the Delelion indicator when we delete an assigned vendor ID to a created Material number.

So How to capture user action (DELETE) in USMD_RULE_SERVICE BADI ?
