Company Code New button not editable for G/L account process CR form MDG-F

Hi All,

I am using 2023 MDG-Financials. I have a problem with G/L account extention form. When I create a G/L account, Company Code New and Copy button comes editable however when I want to extend existing G/L account to another company code, buttons became grey out. Do you have any solution for this problem? Any solution would be appreciated.

Hi,

in such a case I would check following:

1. are you using a variant of the standard change request? If yes, is the entity type ACCCCDET maintained?

2. have you maintained a variant for your change request? For example in CR => Technical Help => Application Configuration => Configuration Name => View => Adaptions

If none of this applies, I would check the individual steps of the change request => if the same behavior occurs there, an SAP incident makes the most sense.
