Can not navigate to route with name workflowInstances because the route does not exist

Hello,

I tried to use the "Workflow Instances" App that is provided with the SCP Workflow Service. This used to work perfect.

But now if I want to start the App, I get a blank screen and an error

"Can not navigate to route with name workflowInstances because the route does not exist"

This is a major problem for us as we using the SCP Workflow Service for crucial Business processes.

Hello Jürgen,

Can you please follow the procedure maintained in the help document to clear the SAP Fiori Launchpad Cache and try again? That should fix the problem.
