Questions about workflow & workplace

Hello,

I am setting up a workflow (copy of WF_PO_REL) for the validation of purchase orders, and I use 'Extended notification (Tcode : swnconfig , Program : SWN_SELSEN)' for the notification of users by email, like that each user who receives a notification in workplace = he receives a notification by email .

I have questions about the workflow.

- What is the best way to modify the text and parameters displayed in emails sent to users?

- How to change the sender of the mail? currently it takes my account as issuer since I am the creator of the workflow and the SWN_SELSEN program in the job.

- Currently the creator of the order is notified after each validation, how to notify it only after the last validation?

- For task TS20000693 of the order modification, can I know the field to modify and put it in the email sent to the creator?
