Question about Signavio Process insights and intelligence data connection

Hi expert,

I'm learning Signavio data connection to evaluate functionarity and I'm having question about data pool of Process insights and intelligence.

1. Is that have the same data pool? or should have completely different pool?

2. Process insights have data encryption methods? I know process intellegence has one.

SAP Signavio process Insight delivers real-time data-driven insights from the process performance of the ERP system, it is essentiel to set up a live connection with the ERP system. While SAP Signavio process Intelligence orchestrates the mining of key processes executed by applications like ERP, monitoring and analyzing processes on a historic or real-time basis, you can leverage a ETL tool to get data from the source.

Assuming you are concern about data composition before its publication :

Two types of data are collected and sent to SAP Signavio Process Insights:

• Process performance data is collected for all the performance indicators that are implemented as process flows and as standard performance indicators.

• Usage data on the usage of transactions and reports in your source system is collected with the Aggregated transaction and report usage (PETST03N01) performance indicator. The data is used to determine how relevant an innovation recommendation is for your organization.

Then the data is sent directly to SAP Signavio Process Insights, it's not stored in SAP Cloud ALM.

SAP Signavio Process Intelligent retrieve all business-related data within the system used for process mining. The minimum key requirements include a valid case with a case ID, event name identifier and a timestamp for each event. ETL changes the format, structure or values of raw data from ERP-systems, the final filed is called event log. More step about data transformation can be found here

About encryption, in SAP Signavio Process Insight you need to configure your identity provider and ensure your users are added to the identify provider you are planning to use. Configuring Your Identity Provider Service. Bear in mind you have to subscribe to the application in SAP BPT, then a global account is set up automatically with the entitlement to SAP Signavio Process Insights preconfigured.

Thanks for your answer Julien. And please correct me if my understanding below is incorrect.

- Pricess insights does not have pseudomynize data functionality. like process intelligence.

- Process insights only have performance indicator KPI, that is created before sending to SAP Signavio Process Insights, and it doesn't have sensitive text information like user, vendor, customer name or address. (also let me know if you have what exact information will be send to Process insights.)
