Pros and cons of Delegate search and Export with universe options in Bex based universes in case of LOV.
We face issue in searching LOV for particular values for filtering purpose. When we use objects from Bex based universes for filtering, this issue occurs. In DB, that value is available, but universe object is not showing that object even if we try wild card search. But, if we push the particular value to filter and run, report will fetch data. I believe, this is because of export with universe option check at LOV properties of the object at universe level. And, i see some threads suggest to go for Delegate search option instead of Export with universe. But, will there be any performance hit? Also, if we want to do this option for many objects, is there an easy way instead of going into every object and change the property in universe?
