Problem with the custom order functionality of dimensions in webi report

Hi Guys,

The problem appears in SAP BO WebI, in the three enviroment . It is in a specific Hierarchy when we try to customize its order from this button (image 1), a pop-up window appears, which is in loading status (image 2).At this point, it does not advance, but remains in a loading state, so no warning or any type of error appears, and it prevents you from being able to modify the order of the Hierarchy.

This problem only occurs in some reports and not in others, and we believe it is because the pop-up that shows the values ​​of the hierarchy to sort them has many values ​​(many of them are not used) and the application gets stuck.
How can we solve it?Can you help us, please?.

It's look like webi object has many values and webi  application is taking time to display values.

i have one question for you even if webi will display all values which may be in thousands then how are you going to use custom order to sort values? I believe  custom order is useful if you have very less values and then you can define  the order.

Many of them are not used, and I would like to delete them, but since they are not shown, I don't know how I can delete them... Where are those values ​​stored internally? Is there any option in the cmc?

In this case drag the object in a separate table or in seprate tab.Analysis the data or export in excel and find out the records which you want to exclude.Apply the webi query level filter to exclude them
