Printing shipping labels from SAP directly on Datamax printers

Hello All

All our NAFTA plants are using DATAMAX printers to print Shipping labels.

At the moment we are using CODESOFT Label softwarre (with SENTINEL server) to develop the labels for DATAMAX printers and print.

Print command from SAP generates an interface file and passed to printer configured in SENTINEL server and it uses the label layout from CODESOFT to print the label.

For our other european plants, we are using smartform labels which are printed on Kyochera printers.

Is there any possibilty to print smartform labels on DATAMAX printers without going through any thrid party software?

Has anyone tried the procedure mentioned in this note? Does it require any thrid party label designer or any extra software?
