I assume that you also raised this question on the Appeon PowerBuilder user community ?
PowerBuilder, at least prior to Appeon PowerBuilder, allowed connections ODBC, OLEDB, JDBC and so forth. I assume that remains the case. You can connect using one of those driver types. There are some older discussions of PB and HANA connections that can be found on the internet. I do not see anything recent but I cannot image that there is any significant changes in how it would work.
