we are currently experiencing random crashes during run time of Powerbuilder Application displaying an error message that says <application name>.exe has stopped running. You had to go to the task manager to end task the not responding powerbuilder Application.
users sometime get this on their logs;

they always get these error the only difference is that they have varied faulting module name.
what could had been causing this error? how can we correct this?
Hoping someone can shed light on this issue.
