Dear All
I have a genric questions related to possible options between SAP and Integration Suite (SAP IS).
As we are currently using SAP PO and aware that we are using RFC, Proxy and IDOCs with SAP.
However we are going to use SAP Integration from now on and would like to know on the replacement options to be used.
1. RFC - I am aware that SAP IS will support RFC Inbound to SAP. But how do we manage the Sender RFCs
2. Proxy - We have used majority of integrations using PROXY with SAP PO, but looking at SAP IS have below questions.
3. Idoc - Understand that this straight forward.
Appreciate if you can share the blogs related to the points 1 & 2. As we are soon developing new intgerations with SAP and SAP IS and no clear details on how to implement outside RFC and Idoc functinalities.
Thank you.
Regards,
MJ

1. Yes. Via SOAMANAGER.
2. You would use XI adapter in SAP-IS. However, for building new proxies, you can not generate a proxy in S4 like in PO world. There are ways to generate proxies based on WSDLs and whether you want to use SOAP way or the XI way is up to you.
SRT_TOOLS provides all the monitoring tools you need similar to SXMB_MONI.
