Ports and Communication SAP Landscape Management 3.0, Enterprise-Edition (SAP Newbie)

Hello,

i would like to install an SAP Landscape Management 3.0, Enterprise-Edition System. But before I can do that, I have to know with which systems the LaMa-System has to communicate and how this communication takes place. (Port numbers, how are SolMan, SLD, etc. involved and everything that has to do with it.) Is there an SAP document on the subject or is anyone here familiar with it?
