Ovs Fields not visible

Hi Experts,

I have created a custom OVS for standard BO Customer. I'm able to see the OVS screen.But the field values are not visible on F4. If i select a row, the employee ID is getting selected and passed to the field. But in OVS screen field values are hidden. I'm a beginner and I couldn't find the reason. Any suggestions pls?

Hi,

It's very tough to say why OVS is not showing the values in UI but it is most likely due to wrong data bindings. Further why you are binding the OVS with Customer BO when you are pulling employee IDs, I dont get it. You need to bind it to Employee BO in order to pull the data for Employee.

Thanks a lot for your response, Saurabh.. My bad, the screenshot was from different OVS which i was testing. As you suggested, there was an issue in the binding . Thank you!
