only one user in SAP enterprise portal getting "400 bad request "

Hi Experts,

Could you please let us know the cause and solution of the issue where for only one user 400 Bad HTTP request error is coming whenever she clicks on send button BW report.

This issue is not widespread one whereas happening for only one user and main point is that user was able to passthrough it successfully earlier but now since a week user getting this error in Portal.

Could anyone please suggest if this is known.

As you said only one user affected, try if that works with another browser firefox etc.

Additionally refer the SAP Note 1921802 - 400 Bad HTTP request Error / Request-URI too large

Thanks for you reply.

I have tried in other browsers including firefox, but the error is same.

And we have checked the SAP note 1921802 which is for making changes in bulk level as this is not single user specific solution.

Please let us know for any user specific suggestion.
