Not Able to login to Sybase Database

Dear All,

We are upgrading SP level of our production server.

Our Db is Sybase and OS is Windows

When we trying to logint to the database with

isql -Usapsa -S<SID> -X it is showing below error.

CT-LIBRARY error: ct_connect(): protocol specific layer: internal Client Library error: There is a tds login error. The installed encryption handler returned a status tha t was not CS_SUCCEED.

The same we tried with 'sa' and 'sapsso' user. The same error is coming.

Please help me guys.
