Hello,
I have two SAP HANA SPS 12 systems running in my environment.
In the system A, I have the schema SAP_HANA_BACKUP and I can enable the backup function in the SAP HANA Cockpit of this system. The HDB version is 122.18.
In the system B, I do not have this schema so I cannot enable the backup function and I do not have the roles sap.hana.backup.*. And I can not import the DU YHANA_BACKUP.tgz as I do not have the tables The HDB version is 122.19.
For the record, this system has been recovered from a HANA DB SPS 11.
Is someone can help ?
Is it possible to copy the schema SAP_HANA_BACKUP form the system A to the system B ?
Regards
Emmanuel
Hello
I tried the solution from the note 2524657 but the import failed. I had error about the activation of the object permissions.hdbti from package sap.hana.backup
08:58:02.149 - INFO: Output line 34: ACTIVATION ERROR: object: "permissions.hdbti", package: "sap.hana.backup", timestamp: 2018-08-29 08:58:02.0090000
08:58:02.149 - INFO: Output line 35: sap/hana/backup/permissions.hdbti: code 40202: Schema could not be resolved for public synonym. Check that the target table exists.
So, I have exported the HANA_BACKUP DU from the system A using SAP HANA STUDIO and imported it into the system B using HALM (with warning). And now I have the schema SAP_HANA_BACKUP in the system B too.
But it is not a good solution because I don't know why the schema was not in the system B.
regards
Emmanuel
