No option to deploy a Delivery Unit in Hana Studio

Dear Experts,

We are using Hana Studio version 2.3.60. I wanted to deploy a Delivery Unit using Hana Studio, but that turns out to
be completely impossible:

As you can see, there is absolutely no option to import a Delivery Unit. At the systems we do not see a Content folder and there is absolutely no Developer perspective available:

The parameter enable_repository is set to true.

Please kindly let us know how to get back the ability to work with Delivery Units in Hana Studio, this is outrageous!

So you suggest, that we are missing Hana components ?

But the functionality is there. I was in the end able to deploy the Delivery Unit through the web based ALM.
It is just not possible to do it in Hana Studio.

How can you be sure, that it is not a problem of our Hana Studio ? Thanks a lot for your explanations.

This looks like a missing HANA patch. Have a look in following links & try to verify with your infrasrtucture team that the product availability matrix patches are in place as they should.
