Before initiating the migration from Neo to ConvergedCloud, what are the essential factors that should be considered? Also, based on your recent migrations from SAP BTP Neo to ConvergedCloud, what are some crucial recommendations and precautions to follow?

· Could you provide a reference link that outlines the recommended process for transitioning an IPS Tenant from the NEO to ConvergedCloud platform in accordance with the IPS standard?

As the tag SAP BTP, ABAP environment was used, let me answer for that product: ABAP environment was never offered on Neo. Therefore, no migration is needed. Also dependent services of (or frequently used services used together with) ABAP environment are not on Neo, but on Cloud Foundry, like SAP Business Application Studio etc.
