Need to replace the Apache Tomcat default page

Need your help to answer the below question asked by client.

The security team’s security scans have detected that the following Business Objects servers have the default Apache Tomcat welcome page on the server:

IPAddressSTAR RoleHostName4.160.10.190DevelopmentEAMBLIOWA#####

Revealing the default page allows an attacker to determine the version of Web hosting software on a server.

We’d like to replace the default page that’s displayed with a generic alternative.

Do you foresee any problems if I do so?

Change index.jsp in Tomcat webapps ROOT.

Location: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\tomcat\webapps\ROOT\index.jsp

Restart server to reflect the changes.
