Hello All,
I have a below weird scenario in navigation attribute,
The data of navigation attribute of a master data info object was changed in Master data Framework.
The change is reflected in P table of a master data info object.
The same is reflected from P table in a navigation attribute of the master data info object and visible in infocube when we select change ID, Record Type and Request ID .
When we select the navigation attribute ,few other characteristics and without change ID, Record Type and Request ID in cube the data of navigation attribute is blank/ not visible .
Could any one please help me find the root cause for above issue?
Thank you!
Hi Rachana
You don't write if do it all in one go. If so it could be that master data is buffered in BW. I.e. you run your query showing some nav. attributes. You change your attributes (save and activate) and the you refresh your AFO. In this case you will not see the updated master data until you log out (or ask another user to test). Testing using RSRT is also a good idea as you can force it not to use any cache.
There could probably be other reasons but this is a typical place to start.
