Hi,
I'm trying to share as an Analytic Application with a team who has roles of the viewer. Unfortunately, even sharing the modeler and setting the view permission, this error continues to appear.

This error persists when I share the catalog or the file.

Until now, only works when the user or the team has a "Planning Professional" role.

Can someone please help me?

Nathalia, the Correlation ID is unique to your instance. If you have admin privileges you can see more details for the correlation id in SAC in System -> Monitor -> Trace.

Hi nathaliatricarico,

I have seen this issue in below scenaros -

1. when app includes code of write back and user only have view access to backend model or
2. model is planning enabled and app tries to perform category specific activity (read and write)
3. end user missing read/write access from organization dimension from model

check if above case applies of your scenarios. If your app handles planning related events then you need to have write access to backend model.

I have a feeling your issue is not related to null assignment. Have a look on KBA as well-
