Hello Experts,
We have created a FAQ bot in CAI and connected it to Microsoft Teams, but some of the questions are truncating in Teams and whole text is not displayed to the user.
Is there a way we can control that and display whole text to the user ?

I think we solved that together while discussing on another channel (maybe via an incident)?
In any case, if I am correct, this was due to the MS Teams limitation which is truncating the text when using a response of type Quick Reply. You were able to circumvent that by modifying the way the FAQ bot was building its response and using a Text element to display the response, followed by a Quick Reply element to offer choices to the end-user.
If you have more details on how you solved it, don't hesitate to post it here, I am sure others can benefit from it.
