I work in a power utility and am interested in if there is way to measure in meters or KM's of conductor replaced on a work order. For example if we have 30 conductor replacement projects each of them has a varying length of conductor to be replaced. 6km, 3km 1.2km etc...
If we took the first 6km replacement it would have its own WBS and the construction would be broken into multiple work orders of say 6 work orders of 1km.
Is there a way of planning in the length of conductor in the each work order to be replaced so it can be planned and reported easily via SAP perhaps rolling up to the FWB?
