We have BP running on new MDG HUB S/4 HANA environment and now we are implementing MDG MM . We have maintained all the configuration including activating Business functions services ,change request configuration and brought in all basic configuration from our ECC system using BC sets .
While we are able to create a material using backend MM01 transaction , MDG create and change is not working . Attached is set of screenshots from our development system .
We have deleted OF / OG finance Data Models as we do not use them .
Have you come across this error during implementation ? Any pointers would be appreciated .
Thanks to all the responses . This issue was resolved with SAP development support team .
Issue was with the number range for the CR . The FM while assigning the new incremental CR # was assigning the existing CR . Edited the current number to be +1 ( comparing in table USMD1213) and snro - object USMD_CREQ and this resolved the issue .

Hello Binoy,
Could you please attach the Active calls from ST22, as it is difficult to understand the source of the error. If possible, attach the complete ST22 information.
Regards
Senthil.

Hi,
It seems that some MDG API method is being called improperly via a custom development. Maybe you can try to remove the custom code or check if there is some Z code in the in the stack via debugging.

Thank You . We still see the same error after invalidating metadata using MDGM_METADATA_INV and adjusting the data model using report USMD_ADJUST_STAGING
