Maximum concurrency lock -- Receiver SFTP channel issues

Hi Team, We are facing the below issues in receiver SFTP channel in SAP PO 7.5 system. Kindly suggest me on the below issues.

Error : Message processing failed. Cause: javax.resource.ResourceException: Maximum concurrency lock.

Receiver SFTP channel is working perfectly with out any issues. Suddenly, we started getting the concurrency lock issue in receiver SFTP channel. Due to this error messages are stuck with delivering status in SAP PO system.

We have tried the below work around. But, there is not luck. Still, messages are in delivering state.

We have increased Channel concurrency from 5 to 10. There is no use.

We have stopped the channel and started. There is not use.

Hi Kesava,

1. Check if any other PO environment polling the same server + path. If yes, stop that communication.

2. Are you using EOIO for sftp? Try to process the failed message first and then retry the scheduled ones.

3. Increasing concurrency at channel will do no good. You have to do it in NWA/Java system properties. But if you are not sure, let basis take care of this in case if you need.

4. Check SAP knowledge base for any one reported similar issue. May be there might be an sap note already available.

5. Lastly, if no luck, then raise a ticket to SAP for them to have a look.
