Lumira Designer app with Universe only working in local mode

Dear All.

We have a Universe on top of mySQL schema and than we are using Lumira designer 2.1 to create the document.

we did cofigure the Jdbc for mySQL as per the note 1679007 and every thing working great if i run the application in Local mode but when we try to execute the application on BI Platform the data source are not getting load and throwing the following errors.

Cannot load InfoProvider "DSL/AZAra8sgeGhAiOQlGb_sfx4" (data provider "DS_1": No service implementation available)

can some one tell me if i am missing any thing.

IDT connection and business layer working perfectly fine and universe also published on repository without any issue.

We are on Business Object 4.2 SP3 Patch 4 update and SAP lumira 2.1 SP1

Note: i check the same universe with WEBI document and it is working perefectly fine on BI platform so the issue is only with Lumira server.

Dear all.

let me say that this new community space created by SAP has no response and the old sdn was so much superior than this one because in that people use to reply because the contents are easy to browse i guess.

however i have found the solution by the help of following KBA 2821255

Interestingly now the error message has changed to following.

Error while calling method "doSetTemplateCommand" and then the long exception

Yes connection is successfull on IDT and as i told even i can use the same universe without any issue on WEBI from the BI launch pad the issue is coming only when i am using it with Lumira designer

Are you able to see the universe, which is a depended object in BI Platform?
Can you do a test connection from IDT, using server middleware?
If it fails, you need to configure the jar files on the server level too.
