JOB CCMS_BI_SETUP cancelled with ERROR: Password logon no longer possible too many failed attempts

Hi all,
While configuring System monitoring, the step for Reporting-Settings in Configure Infrastructure is in error state as the BI content activation is failing because the job CCMS_BI_SETUP is getting cancelled, the error as per the job log is: ERROR: Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts:

The BI user for the job SM_BW_ACT is not locked. I checked the other BW user in SOLMAN even that is not locked.
Am I missing anything?
Which other user is supposed to be checked ?

Hello neha_3001,

Check user SM_EFWK whether it's locked.

Thank you for your reply 🙂

The user that got locked was the logon user for the logical system
that is created during the SAP BW setup in Infrastructure Preparation.

The job was successfully finished once the user was unlocked.
