ITSmobile: Some questions (browser, deviceinclude....)

Hi,

My Informations:

1) ITS Release: SAP NetWeaver 7.0 Support Package Stack 14

(but with note 1142337 u2013 Generating program creates slow HTML mobil templates)

2) Web browser: Internet Explorer 5

3) R/3 Release: ECC6.0

4) Device Psion Teklogix u2013 Workabout Pro

Questions:

- I think we need a u2018ITSMOBILEDEVICEINCLUDEu2019 for the f-keys. Where can I get the include?

- Can we use the Browser IE5 or is it better to use a industrial browser?

- Can I customize the menu management with standard and customer transactions?

Hello André,

1. The ~itsmobiledeviceinclude values for the f keys are based on the browser you are using. Whatever browser it is should have some documentation to help with this.

2. You can use any browser. See note 1093513

3. Not sure what you're referring to here. The ITS Mobile services can be customized by the customer so the menu layout and availability should be up to your developer and user needs.
