We are in the process of developing an enterprise edition SAP CAI bot.
Our current challenge arises during the integration phase, specifically when incorporating the bot's script into the webchat. We encounter an issue where the chatbot's small window prompts users for authentication. Given our intention for the chatbot to be publicly accessible, manually adding each user is not feasible. Our expectation was for the embedding process to bypass the authentication step and directly open the chat. Attached below are images illustrating the issue:
