i have few crystal report that are in version 14. Currently they are all using SQLOLEDB driver but when i change the driver to MSOLEDBSQL , the crystal reports no longer works. Can anyone tell what should i do to make the reports work with MSOLEDBSQL driver?
Crystal report version 14.0
MSOLEDBSQL Version - 17.0
See this Supported platforms:

Click on CR version you are using and then another link to download an Excel file with support MS SQL Clients.
If you are using CR version 14.0 you need to upgrade to the latest SP from here to be able to use recent MS SQL Clients:

The best way to make sure that the Crystal Reports work with the MSOLEDBSQL driver is to make sure that the database is configured correctly. You may need to update the connection string in the Crystal Report to include the correct credentials and database information. You may also need to download the latest version of the MSOLEDBSQL driver and install it on the machine where the Crystal Reports are running.
