Hi, I have a problem running scenario in virtual environment. Error is:
Once I am logged in the virtual desktop, the automation runs without any issues. Is there any solution for this? I found some older advices but unfortunately they did not work for me.
It runs on Windows server 2022 standard, desktop agent 3.15.44
So far I was always able to use workaround (logging with custom script) and then running t-code and it started to work. But this time, I need the automation to confirm system messsage (created in SM02) which is after login screen but before the main sap screen.
Thank you.
Hello!
Have you found a solution to this problem? I'm having the same problems as you and I didn't find a solution. Thank you

Hi Jan, I need to login to SAP and if there exist system message, then confirm that. System message means message generated via t-code SM02. This pops-up after entering credentials and before sap easy access screen is displayed. My automation works fine when I am watching it (means when I am singed in virtual desktop). But when I am signed off, it is not working.
Basically my problem was already described for example here: https://answers.sap.com/questions/13561607/unattended-execution-of-automation-to-avoid-screen.html
But proposed solution is not working. Still the session cannot be unlocked using the steps with screen refresh. Or maybe I dont have the steps set up correctly. Anyway I have gone through this:
or this:
But it may be no longer valid as we have Desktop Agent 3+ now.
This is how my automation looks like and both branches of screen switch are working perfectly when running it and looking at it at same time. When disconnected from virtual desktop, only right part is working. So it probably somehow detects locked windows session and is not able to clik on SM02 message.
