The question is about an interface that we want setup between SAP S4 (source) and an external system (target).
The external system needs a view on the open amount for each customer. The external system has an API to update the open amount for a customer ; so at that side there is a solution to build the interface.
The source of the open amount for a customer is a SAP S4 – system. So I am searching a manner to get the open amount for a customer from SAP S4. I’ve tried to find an API on the website SAP Business Accelerator Hub (https://api.sap.com) , but I can not find a suitable API.
Our preferred way of working is event-based : so an event will be triggered when there is a change on the open amount for a customer ; and based on that event we need to find the open amount for that customer (via an API).
Is there an API or another way to support this use case?
