Impossible to build app to ios or android on new platform

Since I moved my projects from the old platform I can't build apk or ipa to upload to the stores. Same apps imported from the old platform. I regenerated the keystore for Andriod and put the same certs than the project in the old platform but ios gives me Unknown error and Android says that the abb is delivered but when I click on Download gives me a XML error message that says:

Please I need to upload corrections to my apps and I had been forced to do it in the old platform each time. I need to resolve this before old platform switch down on january.

I am having the same problem with my iOS build. It keeps failing.

I had succeeded one time with my first app and then nothing...

Did this solve the issue? The same error also appears on Android
