Illegal Hierarchy error when importing hierarchies from BW into SAC

Hello Community,

I'm trying to import master data (hierarchies) from SAP BW into SAC. Connection is stablished successfully and I'm able to see the available Hierarchies to import. There are some Hierarchy names that include the character "/", and as soon as I select any of those hierarchies with "/", I get error "Illegal hierarchy". However, for those Hierarchies that don't have the "/" character in their names, there is no issue and I'm able to import.

BW team's answer is that this "/" character within the hierarchy name is a SAP standard behavior with CDS based extracts. So, is there any way that I can select/use Hierarchies even if they have "/" in their name?
