Ignore a missing transport request from DGP Downgrade Protection permanently

Hi Community,

We have an issue with Solution Manager Downgrade Protection DGP. There's a transport request that has been deleted and will never be imported for a certain object. DGP keeps complaining about it. I have tried using report RSCTS_OBJ_TRACK_REMOVE to remove the transport request from tracking, but still the issue returns.

Any ideas are welcome,

Hello Bruno,

One of the permanent solution is to remove the transport request from DGP Table itself. You can go to transaction - CM_ADM_COCKPIT and go to tab - Cross System Object lock and Downgrade Protection

Select Cross System Object Locks and in the query, please enter the transport request in the field Transport request which is giving DGP warnings or errors and is not required anymore, click on Apply button.

Once you can see the transport request, you can click on remove button to remove the TR from the DGP table and issue should be resolved.
