How to use date picker from a button press event?

Hi All,

I am working on Custom SAPUI5 application development. In my scenario , i have to call the date picker via a button click. Normally datepicker comes with an input box with calendar icon at the right. But i do not want that. I need to use the same datepicker or call the date picker from normal button event (may be as a popover).

Please help me to sort it out.

You can use a sap.ui.unified.Calendar in a sap.m.Popover for the same.
