How to find the usage of a Fiori app from the backend? The metric interested is how many users are accessing the app on a daily basis for a selected period of time. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

In my opinion, Focused Run / Real User Monitoring (SAP Focused Run Expert Portal) provides good insights.
I'm not experienced how to find a comparable insight with other tooling such as transactions ST03N (2629143 - Best practices to gather Fiori usage statistics for on-premise systems - SAP for Me), STATS_FE (Use Transaction STATS_FE to Analyze the Performance of your Web Application) or STMC (Technical Monitoring in the ABAP Platform | SAP Help Portal).
