Greetings, I am wondering how to suppress Crystal Reports Viewer (CRV) 2020 EULA displaying to the user after an SCCM silent upgrade? I have used a response.ini file in combination with setup.exe to do the silent install, but in the SAP support document, I can't find any option to not display the EULA. SAP Crystal Reports Viewer Installation Guide. It looks like my Asset Management group downloaded and extracted version CRV202001_0-70003097. The Installation Guide says to use silent install for new install only, not upgrade. Initially I tried to do a silent CRV 2016 uninstall, but I couldn't find a way to do it. I tried using an uninstall string and using setup.exe uninstall switches. Neither worked. To summarize, I'm looking for guidance on how to either create an SCCM application to silently uninstall CRV 2016 and silently install CRV 2020, or to silently upgrade from 2016 to 2020.
