How to Re-assign a workflow process to the new deployed version in Build process automation?

Hi Team,

I previously deployed a process version and was able to see the related forms in my inbox. However, due to a code change, I had to deploy a new version, and even though the form was still pending in the older version, when I ran the process, it simply vanished from my list. I was wondering if it was possible to assign the older version process to the newly deployed version. Kindly help us to find a solution.

Hello Narenthiran,

There is no independent version to each artefact. The version is for the project and once you deploy the project - the latest version is always picked at runtime. If you want to go to previous version, then you can create new project with the old version. It is not possible to open any older version in editable-mode.
