How to monitor the IBP and BTP on the cloud using the on premise Solution Manager

We have a project requirement to monitor IBP (e.g CPI-DS) and BTP (e.g Intergration API's, connections to the backend on prem systems, etc..) using our on premise Solution Manager 7.2 SP11. can advise if this is possible, what is required to achieve this and which documents/notes to look at.
