How to know all the Solution documents (SOLDOC objects) with all details linked with a charm (CRM)?

I want to fetch the name,element type and status of all the documents linked with a charm( like tables,Class), kindly help

I don't know what table this is out of my head but you can try to figure it out yourself.

Log into CRM UI, then enable ST05 (SQL trace) in the ABAP back-end and navigate to a Change Document that has Solution Documentation elements attached to it. Alternatively do the same in transaction SolDoc, looking at the structure where these elements are held.

It might take you some time to dig through the tables that are accessed afterwards but you will learn much more of how everything is interconnected by figuring this out yourself.
