How to get query value on runtime in CPI emailid value from sender to fetch details from receiver ?

Hi, all i have requirements to fetch business partner details on the basis of emailaddress value provided by sender on runtime or u can say particular email id put in place of emailaddress on that get request fetch details of user that have particular emaild put in the request.Can anyone help me how to do that

Scenario : I want only one business partner on the basis of emailaddress is akash@xyz.com(from 3rd party sap build apps will give emailid on that basis get request will be triggered to find details from receiver system business partner details that have exactly same email id akash@xyz.com ) in get request

for that i need to make parametrized or what to do for emailaddress in SAP CPI IFLOW to get input from 3rd party app on runtime please help me out.as of now my Iflow fetching all businesspartner.
