Dear All
We would like to download all items escpecially "Text Log" from Solution Manger IT Service Managemnt.
We can download some part of items by clicking on "Export to Spreadsheet" but the sheet does not inlculde " Text Log" which are in Text tab.
The only items that we can download are the items in Detatils tab. (Ex. General Data, Processing Data, Dates and so on)
We have asked the above question in "SAP FOR ME" and their answer is that we cannot download "Text Log" by standard function and ask this SAP community how to do that.
We would like to appreciate if you can give us any ideas. We would like to know that it is possible to achieve our request even if we use developing or add-on.
