I have two S-Users assigned to my universal ID.
As the company e-mail changed, I would like to adapt it in the respective S-Users (on Universal ID level the change was possible).
However, as can be seen on the screenshot attached, in the sections where adataptations are necessary, I am not able to select a pencil to open change mode.
I reached out to the administrator of one of the S-users, and on their end the notification is shown, that only the S-user itself can change the information.
I feel stuck. How can the change be done?
To change the S-USER email address, you need to access the SAP for Me portal where that S-USER belongs to (with an user with USER ADMINISTRATION role) and make the change.
Then you go to the Universal ID portal and search for S-USERS associated to the new email address.
