how can i delete all spool requests which are completed status
I executed reports
RSPO0041 &
RSPO1041
&
RSPO1043 from SE38
then only its not deleting old spool requests.

I hope you checked Tcode: SPAD > Admin tab > Delete Old Spool Requests Tab > Checked the box as per your requirement. If not then follow the method or read the article below:

Navin,
Couple things to double-check. First, make sure you're selecting "or" clauses not "and" in RSPO1041 to make sure you're deletion criteria is not skipping the old requests based on 2 requirements as opposed to one for deletion.
Also, make sure under Calendar, you choose "Include all days" to go beyond the Factory calendar ID.
Finally, make sure you test this first by selecting "only log without deleting?". If the list looks good, then re-run it without "only log without deleting?" selected.
