Hierarchies upload empty from BW4 into SAC

Dear SAP Community,

We have defined an import model in SAP Analytics Cloud and defined it as "Analytic Measure" type.

Once it has been created, we have connected with BW4 through an import job and a query.

Our problem is that when we start to set up the import in the "Prepare Data" step we already see the hierarchy empty, even though we have selected it in the dimension selection panel:

Moreover, I checked the hierarchy with an Analysis for Office workbook's and its behaviour was as expected, correct.

The InfoObject related has the following option enabled:

Are we doing anything bad? Why the hierarchy upload empty?

Hello,

Please note that there are two options for creating an Import Model in SAC:

1. Directly from the Query: The model is generated based on the objects provided by the query. Ensure that all dimensions are set correctly in this case.

2. Building a model from scratch: With this option, you can attempt to create a Public Dimension first and load all the master data, including the hierarchy, into the Dimension. Make sure to add a hierarchy to the Public Dimension before loading the master data and hierarchy information.

If you are still facing difficulties, please share screenshots of each step you are going through so that we can provide appropriate guidance.
