Hello Baris,

As per my understanding its either excel or some other format that covers all aspects of ID and ESR objects from interface perspective.

Details you can Include:

  • DT
  • MT
  • Sender Service Interface
  • Sync or Async
  • Receiver Receiver Interface
  • Message Mapping
  • Usage of XSLT or Java Mapping
  • Operation Mapping ( Including Parameters and any lookup if any )
  • Pattern ( like File to File,IDoc to SOAP )
  • ICO
  • Folder
  • Configuration Scenario
  • IFlow
  • Sender Adapter ( with all key parameters )
  • Receiver Adapter ( will all key parameters )
  • Channel Availability Planning
  • Any UDMS Key Field.
  • Interface ID
  • Business Process Owner
  • Technical Owner
  • Contact for 3rd Party Systems( for failure notification or issue resolving ).

In which scenarios it helps:

  • Daily SAP PI error monitoring and notifications.
  • To work on any change request ( to identify details quickly ).
  • During maintenance activity.
  • Easy reference for quick issue resolving or giving as reference to newly onboarded integration resource.
