HANA Studio integrate HANA DB - necessary Ports

Hello SAP Gurus,

we are facing following issue when we try to integrate our SAP HANA DB into our HANA Studio.

Unfortunately even we opened ports 3$$15 and 5$$13 we are not able to integrate the HANA DB into the studio --> error message

"the system could not be reached"

Are there any further ports for hana studio which need to be opened?

Thanks in advance

Robert

Good afternoon. Can you try connecting to port 30215?

Greetings.

Hello Michael,

thank you for answering.

yes we are using mdc, but do we need all these SQL ports for integration in HANA Studio?

When i look in hana studio > right mouse click on my system > properties > additional properties , there i can see the following port which is used (it does not make a difference when i check this info for SYSTEMDB or the TENANTDB), the info is the same --> s4hana.sbcde.abcde.de:30215

nevertheless i think our proxy is the root cause for our problem .

1639568 - SAP HANA Studio shows system status yellow

Single instance deployments use 3xx15 (where xx is the instance number), you’ll see 30015 used as default in many tools and documentation, as it’s the original HANA SQL database port. MDC instances use 3xx13 for the system database, and the first tenant database is assigned port numbers 3xx40—42, the second ports 3xx43—45, and the third 3xx46—48, etc.. HANA Cloud instances use 443.
