HANA parameters listed in Note 3014176 are dynamic, or not.

Dear Expert.

My HANA version is 2.0 rev 61.
Are these parameters listed in Note 3014176 dynamic, or not?
I would like to know if HANA needs to be restarted for the changes to take effect.

indexserver.ini [parallel] tables_preloaded_in_parallel
indexserver.ini [optimize_compression] row_order_optimizer_threads
global.ini [execution] default_statement_concurrency_limit
global.ini [memorymanager] statement_memory_limit

I am not sure what the dynamic exactly means here.
As you can see in note 3014176 these parameter is for using hdblcm to Installation or Upgrade DB.
You need set it back or take your own value for them after the Installation or Upgrade.

System restart is need for changing value of parameter indexserver.ini [parallel] tables_preloaded_in_parallel,
restart no need for others in this case.
