Hi! I've got trial database account p2000262204trial,
my cloud database was automatically stoped and I restarted it regulary.
But several days ago I failed to restart it, I click restart button but database is still in stoped status
It will be deleted in a day.
I've tryied to create technical incident in launchpad support cockpit but the incident creation form is not appearing while clicking Contact us button.
Please give me ideas how to fix the problem and start my base.
If there is no solution, In a future I'am afraid to do something in trial account because I can loose everything if such problem repeats with no solution and ability to have technical assistance
In such issues, the Product Support must check with the Dev. Ops team, what exactly is happening in your instance.
That means, a support incident is necessary to work on your problem. If you are not able to open a support incident relate to a technical problem in launchpad, please contact the SAP Expert Chat, because they can open a support incident for you.
